## FAQ

- What is your minimum order quantity? It depends on the product. Most corporate gifts and printed items start from 50 units. For premium items such as executive pens, awards or curated hampers, smaller quantities are often possible. Ask us for a quote.
- How long does an order take? Standard orders are usually completed in 1 to 2 business days once artwork is approved. Bulk, specialty or custom work (UV, DTF, embossing, laser) can take longer, and we regularly accommodate urgent deadlines, so tell us your date up front.
- Do you deliver across India? Yes. We deliver gifts and printed material pan-India. For bulk or recurring orders we coordinate the logistics and can split deliveries across offices.
- Will I see a mock-up before you print? Always. We share a mock-up showing your logo placement on the actual product, and a physical sample where it matters, before the full run.
- Do you print in-house? Yes. UV flatbed (a Japanese Mimaki machine), rotary UV for 360° prints, UV DTF, laser marking and DTF all run on our own press floor in New Delhi, so quality and timelines stay in our hands.
- Can you design the artwork for us? Yes. Our design team can adapt your logo to each product, or create artwork, brand identities, brochures and social creatives from scratch.
