Inkopious Pvt Ltd ("Inkopious", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit inkopious.in or contact us about corporate gifting, printing or branding, why we collect it, who handles it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you send a quote request on this website: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, occasion, quantity, budget per person, the date you need it by, your message, and any products you added to your quote list.
- When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you place an order: delivery address, designation, branding requirements, logo files, design specifications, quantities and the payment information needed to process the order.
- Website analytics, while it is on: pages visited, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location, and whether you sent an enquiry or tapped our phone, email or WhatsApp links (see "Analytics and cookies" below).
How we use it
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, share mock-ups and process orders.
- To send order updates, production timelines and delivery information.
- To produce branded products to your approved specifications.
- To understand which pages help visitors, while analytics is on.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Where your quote request goes
When you press "Send request", the details are sent securely from our website to our team by email: to Mukta Anand, who handles quotes and bulk orders, with a copy to our general inbox. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which holds your request in a secure queue only until it has been delivered, so it is not lost if a send fails; once delivered, it is deleted from the website’s systems. Resend, an email delivery service, sends the message to our inboxes. The email in our inbox is the record of your enquiry.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful. How it starts depends on where you are:
- In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, it only runs if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. Until then, and if you click "Decline", no analytics code loads and no analytics cookies are set. We ask again after 12 months.
- Everywhere else, including India, it runs when you arrive, and a short notice tells you so. Continuing to use the site means you agree to this.
Wherever you are, you can turn analytics off with the switch below. When it is off, Google's opt-out setting is applied, so nothing is sent to Google from your browser, and the analytics cookies are deleted. Your choice is remembered in this browser until you switch it back on. The "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page brings you here.
While it is on, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga. For our property:
- event data is kept for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, and the clock restarts if you visit again;
- Google Signals is off, so your visits are not linked to your Google account;
- data sharing with Google products, benchmarking and Google support access are all off;
- advertising storage and personalisation are always denied.
Our website loads its fonts and videos from our own servers. We use no other third-party trackers.
What your browser stores
To make the site work, your browser keeps a few small settings on your own device: your light or dark theme, your cookie choice, and the products in your quote list. They stay on your device and reach us only if you send the quote form. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Email and phone conversations are kept in our business accounts so we can follow up on your enquiry or order.
Sharing of information
We share your information only where needed to deliver what you asked for:
- with suppliers, couriers and logistics partners, to source, produce and deliver your order;
- with payment processors, where applicable, to complete a transaction;
- with the service providers named above (Cloudflare for hosting and for holding quote requests until delivery, Resend for email delivery and, while analytics is on, Google for analytics);
- with legal authorities, if the law requires it.
Data security
Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including order processing, legal compliance, dispute resolution and business record-keeping, and then delete or anonymise it. Quote requests sent through the website are not kept by the website after they reach our inbox. Analytics data is kept for the periods listed above.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us:
- for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- to correct, complete or update it;
- to erase it, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements;
- to withdraw consent you have given (for analytics, use the switch under "Cookie settings" on this page at any time);
- to address a grievance about how we handle your information.

Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Third-party links
Our website links to other sites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
