These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website inkopious.in and any products or services purchased from us, including corporate gifting, printing, and branding solutions. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Us

Inkopious is a Delhi-based provider of corporate gifting, printing, and branding solutions, including custom corporate gifts, UV/DTF printing, laser marking, offset printing, signage, and creative branding services for businesses across India.

Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Quotations and Orders

• All prices, quotations, and product details displayed on our website or shared via email/WhatsApp/phone are estimates and subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing.
• An order is confirmed only after Inkopious has received written confirmation of design/specifications and applicable payment, as agreed.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to most products and vary by item; current MOQs will be communicated at the time of quotation.

Customization and Artwork Approval

• All branding, logos, and customization details (colors, text, design files) must be approved by the customer in writing (email or digital proof sign-off) before production begins.
• Inkopious is not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or branding elements that were approved by the customer prior to production.
• The customer warrants that they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or content submitted for printing or branding, and agrees to indemnify Inkopious against any third-party claims arising from such content (see Section 9).

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and may exclude applicable taxes (GST) and shipping charges.
• Payment terms (advance, partial, or full payment) will be specified at the time of order confirmation. Production typically begins only after the agreed payment is received.
• Inkopious reserves the right to revise pricing for orders not yet confirmed, due to changes in material costs or vendor pricing.

Production and Delivery

• Standard turnaround time is typically 1 to 2 business days for regular orders; bulk, specialty, or highly customized orders (UV, DTF, laser marking, embossing) may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of quotation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, material availability, or force majeure events.
• We offer delivery across India (Pan-India). Shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled only before production has begun. Once artwork is approved and production has started, cancellations may not be accepted, or may be subject to a partial refund after deducting costs already incurred.
• Custom-branded and personalized products, by nature, cannot be returned or refunded once produced, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Inkopious.
• Any refund approved will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns and Replacements

• If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or does not match the approved specifications due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, correction, or partial refund as appropriate.
• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Inkopious website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Inkopious unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• Customers retain ownership of their own logos, trademarks, and brand assets submitted for production. By submitting such materials, customers grant Inkopious a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inkopious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays, business losses, or third-party claims, except where such liability arises from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

Inkopious reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
