Print method
Our Japanese Mimaki UV printer cures ink the instant it lands, so colour sits crisp and durable on acrylic, wood, glass, metal and PVC, from a single award to a bed full of branded mice.

How it works
Products sit in a jig on the flatbed. The print head lays down CMYK and white ink, and UV lamps cure it instantly, so there is no drying time and the print is scratch-resistant from the moment it comes off the bed.

03Questions
Almost any flat or gently curved rigid surface: acrylic, wood, bamboo, glass, metal, PVC and tiles, plus finished products such as pens, mice, notebooks, cubes and mobile stands.
Yes. UV flatbed printing lays down a white base where needed, so colours stay bright on black, coloured or transparent surfaces like acrylic.
The ink is cured by UV light as it prints, which makes it hard-wearing and scratch-resistant for everyday handling.
